I subscribed to ASM about a year ago and cancelled the reoccuring subscription through paypal soon after. Now that my asm is coming to an end for the year I was wondering how I could re subscribe without losing asm status.

You can simply resubscribe once your current ASM subscription expires. You will get the 2 year tag and any unused Gold Ups will rollover as well.
