check the eye pipe and make sure it isn't cracked. Also, add an oring to the back of the UL barrel so it snugs up sooner. There have been cases in the past where someone screwed the barrel in too tight and it distorted the eye pipe.

Put the dwell to 9. Any spacers? Like Erik said, what tip are you using?
My NT11's are all perfect and my settings are:
-Green tip
-Dwell at 9
-PSI at 100-105
FPS ~ 280

Cnoddings are you running the guns out of the box at 105 in the reg 9ms dwell and green tip? I was thinking about doing the same but I was scared of losing the velocity out of the box, I figured this would be a setting to use once the gun was broken in more.
Invert, the cold may be making your shell brittle and causing you grief. We practiced indoor in Rochester 2 weeks ago at NVP and my 11 was acting up here and there with the odd ball however this is indicative of climate and paint.

PBN=SUA syndrome

For colder weather use higher dwell, not lower.

I put the green insert in right away and the guns were all shooting over 300. So I lowered them down to 280, shot no problem. Checked the pressure and it read 100 even on one, and ~105 on the other.

Add on to issues
I'm having the same issues, live in illinois and just got NT11 a few weeks ago, installed OLED boardhooked it up to scuba tank and shoot like the 3/4 of the 80cu in tank with out eye pipe in, recommended from Dye tech to break it in and am having issues with breakin paint also. I pull trigger and her a click sometimes also and then a break, I bought a reg tester and set reg at 125, dwell at 9.5, green tip, red insert( had to go this route to get down to 285) was shooting 330 with green tip no insert and reg at 125, any help for me? I heard great things about this marker but have yet to reap the rewards

Setting for NT11 with Virtue Oled Board:
Put the dwell, in virtue oled board, between 11 and 12, after that lower your hyper 3 pressure and test until shot at 280fps (no inserts, green tip)
Works great with my NT11
Best Regards,
Claudio

dwell at 11, green tip pressure at 105 need green insert to get into the 280-290 range but its shooting good now, will try a dwell at 11.1-12 and try n get the green insert out and lower the pressure a bit more to keep it shooting good
