Fish Taco Sauce

I decided to make fish tacos the other night and thought I would do some concoting for a sauce to top it with. Turns out, I'm a genius. It was delicious.

8oz Sour Cream
1/2 bunch chopped Cilantro
2 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 jar of La Victoria Jalapeno Slices chopped up
1/2 jar juice of La Victoria Jalapeno Slices

mix together with a wire whisk, refrigerate for 1 hour.

Es muy muy bueno

Gortons Potato Crusted Fish baked extra crisp (2 chopped filets per taco)
8'' Flour Tortillas
shedded lettuce and cabbage
fresh Pico De Gallo

With the juice from the jalapenos, the lime wasn't necessary. Plus, I didn't have any limes

Vinegar ≠ lime juice.

yeah, but then the sauce may have been too acidic if he added both. keep the sauce the way it is, then squeeze fresh lime juice on top of the entire taco.
