Custom Nerve Parts
Okay guys just to gauge interest here. CS900 from the shocker forum is contemplating doing some custom nerve parts. What I am doing here is seeing who all would be interested in getting some stuff through him and what parts you would want from him. Things like bolts, ram, etc etc.
So lets get some support from the nerve community going so we can get some "aftermarket" support.

Really depends what is wearing out on your marker at any given time! Pretty much anything that you need is going to be hard to find these days, short of a Nerve part out in BST.
Considering that they are items subject to wear, bolts and valve poppets spring to mind.

I associate cs900 more with machining than electronics, but if someone could come up with an alternative eye ribbon, that would be great.

YAY!!! my "Nuxe" suggestion made the list. Though it was mainly a joke. LOL
CS, as much as I hate to say it, I may be willing to swing a trade with you so you can get ahold of a nerve to work with. I'll pm you more about it later... if you're interested.

yea, I know that all to well. especally with the cold weather. My wife keeps gripe'n at me about have'n 4 paintball guns (3 shockers 1 nerve) and then have'n a 5th for my son (another shocker). It's one of those things I wrestle with daily still. I don't want to trade my nerve, but if it would be for the good of the nerve population it would make it easier to deal with.
Just looked on ebay, someone selling a full nerve set up for $300 starting price. Thats with a DXS tank and Halo loader. They say it's LBNIB cause it was a back up they never had to use and was only fired to tune it. Makes me wish I did have the cash to buy that package also.

Dont tell me that. I remember when they first came out at 1000 for the base model and and 1200 for the maxflo package. I was so disappointed then at the time I could never afford one at that price. IDK if CS can do some stuff for us I will be highly appreciative and excited (also willing to test any parts )

I remember that time. I shelled out the cash for one then. I was the first in StL to shoot the Nerve from my gear bag. I loved the set up from the box. That's why it's so hard for me to let this one go also. LOL

I'd like to see a Equalizer style bolt, eyes, replacement delrin insert for the hammer (mine is worn down) and a balance valve would be cool if it worked.

I really thing the best thing would be if a established machinist got their hands on one and played around to see what they thing they can do for it.

When I ship ya my shocker for milling, I'll toss my nerve in there for you to do your CAD thing with then also. All I ask in return is that any nerve parts be named after me then. Like the KMRam, or the Monster Bolt... that would be awsome. I really can't bear to part with my nerve permanently. LOL
