Are you talking about the little grub screw at the front of the body? If that is leaking, you'll need to take it out and apply loctite to it. I would back your HPR down to about 200-225. Pictures would help us understand better what you are dealing with.

That is just a set screw. Either just epoxy over the hole (If you're not using it for a hosed lpr) or just drown it with locktite.

Make sure you let the loctite fully cure before you air it up.

i.e. with the climate you've got you're going to need to let it sit for a few days at least.

Teflon tape may work
I would use a pipe sealant because it tends to be a thinker then loctite, hardware stores will have it.

doesnt blue loctite only need an 24 hours to fully cure? it even sets in one hour i believe, dont quote me on that but im fairly certain the blue loctite says that on the bottle, 1 hour to set, 24 to cure or whatever. 24 hours to be safe, overnight should be good too.

With the added humidity he might find in the PNW, it might take longer to dry out.
I had used some blue threadlock when I went to attach a new fill nipple to my Myth reg the other day. The next day I went to fill that the tank. Air leaked out at the threads. Unscrewed the nipple and found the threadlock still wet. It was even sitting near a heater the whole time it was 'curing'.
But I would think a nice application of teflon tape might work just as good without the wait.

Yeah, I always let it sit a day or two.
Any progress on the leak?

Check your solenoid manifold and gasket, they could be clogged with some luge, a piece of o-ring, or something like that.
Also, change your battery.

Yep there should be a noid reset on it. If it shoots then there is a wiring issue. Check to see that the noid is getting power as well.
