Sp1s/vibes and virtue boards.

I think this question is more common than realized. It took a lot of trying for me to find these answers, so I'm just going to make a new thread with them.

I talked to virtue and they informed me that I can use Ion eyes with the sp1/vibe. I just need that milled breech from GOG ($30). So, I have eyes on the way.. am ordering the breech this week and will post my findings.

To turn on the eyes on the vibe/sp1 virtue board you go to programming mode, go to select eye mode (flashing yellow) and hit the trigger once. This is listed as an eye type selection (breakbeam or reflective) in the manual, but actually for the vibe/sp1 it's 1 for on and 2 for off. I'm not sure why they didn't print that but there it is.

Hope this can help someone!

Well, I know that this has helped at least one person.

Mission accomplished.

They supposedly have a new double trigger too. Not sure on the price though.

double trigger make the whole sp1 pointless to me . i dont mind the vibe , but sp1 should be with single trigger . after all there have to be more difference other then the body

It's all personal preference.

I like to walk the trigger.. so having a double trigger makes sense.

To each his own.

GOG's Website

You can call, email or skype call them. Honestly, posting on their wall on facebook is the fastest way to hear back from them. Ask them for what you need and ask them to PM you. They'll get back to you quickly because then the whole world can see the speed of their customer service.

I'm with you but I hated the feel of the double trigger. I ended up buying the Trinity Roller Bearing Trigger and fashioning a new trigger guard for it. It shoots unbelievably smooth. SO much better than the SP1 Double trig.
There's a pic on this post of what it looks like now.

I hate it too. And I found out that the new double trigger is the same as the old one.. and you have to buy the whole kit. I won't be doing that. Maybe I'll follow in your footsteps and go the custom route.

That's a shame they're not altering it :/
Good luck if you make you're own trig guard. Wasn't really hard. Just time consuming. I got the Delrin off of Ebay. You can get small bricks there fairly cheaply.
