made it into Cincinnati as a transfer for biomedical engineering and im going for a college visit for the weekend.

waiting on Ohio State and Purdue.

Purdue is out anyway because of financial reasons. i cant reason spending over $15000 more a year for an undergrad degree.

Are you still in high school? I was quite like you. I cared more about partying than my grades. I ended up graduating late and with something like a 1.00 GPA. I went to a community college and busted my ***. Then I transferred to University of Illinois and majored(ing) in electrical engineering and minored in philosophy and classics (Greek and Latin). The point is, don't consider dicking off in high school the end of the line. Grow up, go to a community college and bust your ***, transfer to a university and bust your *** again, graduate, and then revert back to your cocaine habit from high school.

I'm repeating 12th grade because of my don't give-a-**** ness, last semester was quite honestly the first semester I passed every class. I have a 65% average, according to my guidance counseller when applying to US colleges Canadians get to put their grade up 10% higher because of the difference in grading/curriculum, so I have a 75% average or whatever that is GPA. I got into a local trades college for a 2 year program on graphic design and advertising. I really want to go into marketing but I'll have to save up more tuition first.

Been accepted to Iowa since mid-February. Majoring in either athletic training, biochemistry, or clinical lab sciences.

They spend 4 billion / year and the cut is about 70 million. It's significant, but not catastrophic.

In all seriousness, most of the graduates I know don't think their undergraduate institution did much for them - other than PSU alum. I know, first hand, that Penn State is really there for the students' best interests.

I think I'm at the point where I can consider top-notch graduate programs, and PSU will probably be my choice.

Go to Union. I go there now, transferred at the end of my freshman year from Tufts University and absolutely ****ing love it. So liberty got my application. I got mail from them today saying they have placed me in a provisional status for the fall 2011 semester, which means they need the following documents before a decision can be made

College Transcript 1
College transcript unknown 1
Final High School Transcript 1
Prelim High School Transcript 1
and my SAT scores which will be mailed to them by the collegeboard or w/e.

But can I get my college transcripts right now from my current college? I've only been going there half a semester and this is my only semester. And what is a Prelim high school trans.?
