cfps d3 xball

So is d3 gonna be canceled because of lack of teams or can you guys just make one xball div?I really wanna play and this is gonna suck to not be able to.....

why haven't ya'll signed up weeks ago when there was like 6 teams? Maybe it would've encouraged others to not drop out, or bring in more?

i know what you're saying, i'm discouraged about it too. And believe me the Smiths are too.

but hopefully for #3 we can get everyone to sign up sooner than later and see what happens.

redline will be back for event 3 in d3x, we just had too many players that couldn't afford it this event.

I say just change event 2 to open xball. theyll only be one d3 team in it anyways

It would be better to leave D4x as entry level to xball and change D3x to open so the D2 and D1 regional players can get a shot at playing like there has been noise about earlier this season.

Ya but if your a D3 player/team that just plays like CFPS and Cup, do you really want to play players/teams that play National in D2/D1.

maybe, maybe not, but it would open it for more teams to make a division, thus actually playing paint-ball opposed to not, while still leaving a "begginer" division so that new players to the xball format do not get completely walked over and discouraged. Ideally You would have D4x, D3x, and Open, but since D3x is struggling as a division, it would make sense to open it to include more players. D4 division has grown from 4 teams in event 1, to 7(6paid) for event 2 and seems to be a healthy division with close competition. D3 has gone from 5 teams to 3 registered 0 paid.

Katana would rather play D3 or open. But at least with our current roster we were still able to drop two D3 guys (me plus another) and play. Entry fee is great, BYOP, and regional event so you can drive.

Bottomline, If the top division changed from D3 to open, we would still be there.

You have to think back to when you all where D4 players though, did you want a D3 team playing D4?

I know its only one, but there is only one winner.

I want to know why teams that participated in D4 xball last year didnt make the bump this year.
