Reimbursement agreement.
I was wondering if anyone here is capable of writing up a reimbursement agreement. I am currently owed a sum of six hundred and five dollars, and the person that owes it to me has agreed to sign a legal document stating that they are going to pay it and under the pretenses that if it is not paid within six months they will begin to pay a 7 percent interest rate. I'm terrible at drawing up any form of legal documentation and cannot afford the lawyer fees. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
