I got me a vice in the mail, and my local shop still has a couple up's for the vice kickin' round. Just wondering what up's should i get if any. It already has 4c eyes and a low pressure valve [not sure if thats stock or not :p]. But i was lookin at a lp poppit n the yakuza oled board or a violent bolt. Should i even bother upgrading it at all? lol
Atm, i mostly play bush, but once the fields around me start up speedball again ill be trying to get back into that.

LP poppit thats it. its still not even a necessary upgrade

I believe you're talking about the same thing there.


I recommend shooting it for a month or so and see what you think.

4c are great for semi mode and especially if you use a gravity feed.

Imo, if the stock Tadao board is current, it'll have all the modes/caps you need so save that $180 'upgrade' for paint. Tadao will flash it for ~$8 if it's not current.

AHH prolly :p cool beans! yea i got a pulse and a prophecy, not sure how well the pulse will run on the vice.. it seems to have issues with my slg ul :/ oh well.
umm no clue if its current, but that sounds sweet and yea, all i ever play is semi. you wont get any better at walkin if ur rampin all the time, but thats imho.

Vices shoot godly stock; really never a need to upgrade, unless for preference.

Although an on/off ASA is always a handy upgrade, especially because Bob Long makes such nice ones.

that is true. im used to my slg ul atm... has that button on the back so i never really had a need for a on/off asa. lol, 75$ is lil steep lol, that'll come later on. maybe when speedball starts lol

Runs fine, I've used a pluse with mine for a long time before I went to a new loader.

I agree with shooting it first before you buy upgrades, and you may already have the LP poppet it seems.

Stock board works perfectly.

Just check around in BST or eBay for a used BL 'Cam Drive'. Should save some cash that way.
