Bob long Alias help

Hey, I'm pretty new to paintball and i have a Alias with Infamous board with a 45/45 tank. The gun shoots nicely, but my pain problem that i have noticed so far is that when I actually start to walk the trigger really fast, the balls will start dropping ALOT. like i can start at a pretty good ROF(not exactly sure how fast im going) and it shoots awesome. but when i start to walk the trigger, the balls seem to have barely any air pushing it of the barrel though the balls do come out. i stop and try again at slightly lower ROF and it shoots fine and pretty consistent. Any ideas? Thanks

i've never owned an alias but it sounds like a dwell issue to me. check the battery, dwell setting, make sure your asa is screwed all the way in. also, the reg may need cleaned/lubed or some o-rings replaced. hope that helps.

sounds like shoot down try backing you tank out a 1/4 to 1/2 a turn. the pin in the asa could be restrickting air flow from the tank. it could also be a pinched hose inside the grip frame

Well.... how do i clean my reg? or lub? certain method or just go in and wipe and swab with alittle of like Hater Sauce V2? or different lube?

allways use dow 55 on a bob long marker

man, without having the marker in front of me, i can't really tell you how to break down the reg. i'm sure you can get the owner's manual of the internet somewhere.

IMHO, i would bump the dwell up a couple notches and try it before taking anything apart, esp. if you're not very familiar with your marker.

Set your board settings to stock/factory.

Make sure your LPR pressure is at 70-75psi.

Also I would highly recommend to download and read the manual so that way you know how to maintain the gun.

the reg unscrews in the middle. there will be a spring a piston and a couple shims. very easy.

and you can use hater sauce on the reg, is the ram that needs dow 55.

Would it be alright to use hater sauce on the ram? or definately need dow 55 for it? cause i dont have dow 55 nor can i get some soon.

hater sauce is not good for any part of the gun.

Use dow55 on everything but the bolt orings.

You would better off reading the manual, then listening to half this people in this section that don't know anything about the gun.

lol, due to the fact that i ordered a lot of stuff from ansgear.com and i had one big order of some gear. I wanted to stay on one website and ansgear, for some reason, does not supply dow55 so i went with Hater sauce. but my bro has a epiphany so i guess i can use the hater sauce for that=p. But i will soon order a pillow bolt from criticalpaintball.com and they supply dow55 so i will buy from there.^.^ yay me
