with GOG taking over the smart parts line will they be servicing not just GOG guns but the smart parts guns as well without warranty?

I'm not sure about the warranty part (you may want to call them about that) but they are the new smart parts (same people and everything).

Your best bet is to call the service line 1-724-520-8690. From what I have seen, yes they are servicing old smart parts markers. You should call and ask just to be safe and they can tell you what costs, if any, will be.
