first?
lol ****. so was just at a party. was like 0 for 5 at dancing, granted this school no one dances, first was a set of a couple girls my friend tried to wingman for, needless to say, nothing like the wing man he made himself up to be, second, was me n duder, and i was wingmanning, went to another double set of chicks and was like, hey there a couple cute guys right here looking to dance, (stupid ****ing idea, but i was doing the whole, 3 second or less approach so, i didnt get much to think about) next was me going up to another couple chicks sayins "so whos the better dancer?" initially they just didnt answer and tried to ignore... first sign they are socially retarded girls, then i asked again and finally the less pretty one was like, this one --> pointing to her friend, so then i was like, ok i need one of you to dance with this gentlemen right here, and tried to intiiate some dancing and i would pick up the other one, that failed too. like srsly wtf is wrong with chicks... or me?

Allllllright, so finally got done with "the talk." After giving her my perspective she concluded that I was being insensitive, unreasonable, and a thick headed. (which I heavily disagree on) But, I didn't budge regardless of the amount of banter I received. We pretty much couldn't find a common ground, and explained to her that in no way, shape or form, was I okay with the fact that she needed to see a therapist dealing with the closure of her last relationship. And she told me that her personal issues with what happened between them, didn't correlate what so ever with our current relationship.
I genuinely do believe she is entirely over and emotionally detached from her ex. She lost a lot of friends in their break up and I believe that is where the majority of her problems are stemming from, not so much the fact they actually broke up. I told her I think this is something she should have dealt with before we ever got together but regardless, she didn't. I'm going to continue on, but definitely keep my eyes open for any signs that may lead me to believe I should bow out. But thanks for all of the input and advice. I'll def keep my eyes on this thread to update and see what kind of "help" i may be able to lend.

I don't know your name either. If she thinks she has no secure relationships in her life to talk about and resolve her problems that's her decision, not yours. Your opinions about her a irrelevant and you should stop trying to force her into a plan of action. You're obviously unable to console her or help her move passed her issues, so why not let her try her own way? If it doesn't work, so be it. But what if it does?
