Sounds good, besides the fact of many people buying them cheap and selling them at a higher price later.

It is a good idea in theory, but for that weekend when everyone and their mother has a gold upped thread, those gold upped threads really lose their value. The point of gold ups is to make a thread stand out, and if the majority of threads are gold upped, they really all just become the same.

but there are times when almost all of page 1 in the electronic marker bst are gold up'd threads, and personally when it's that saturated i skip to the non-up'd threads
