Filming indoors

Ok guys,

I need a little help. I've been filming indoors all winter and have a or two. First, it seems that all the footage that i film seems to turn out dark when i upload it. Is there anything i can do while filming to light up the field anymore from the camera part of things? Heres out some of the stuff turned out with ALOT of color correction . Second, Has anyone ever tried doing dolly shots( a dolly on a set of track is what i mean)? Just would like to see how it turns out on a field. The last thing is how many frames per second(fps) do you film in? I have been messing around and it seems that 26-30 is pretty good. Would you turn it up to 35 or is that over kill? Thanks again.
