That would only work if they started making impact animations. I don't know about you but I can tell when I hit someone in real life, atleast some of the times when I'm not snapshooting. If they'll actually go to the deadbox or not is another story.... And you also get to see them get up and run to the deadbox as well.
I wish you could make it so dead guys can't talk, or maybe that's already a server option. I know they can't enter text the live players see but you can still hear them. Might be cool if you disabled the tab key so you can't pull up the team list to see how many people are still alive too.
