NWA severe weather
I hope all of you NWA ballers, your friends and families were not affected by the bout of severe weather this morning.
For those of you that may not have seen this on the news, an outbreak of severe weather rolled through NWA this morning, spawning at least one tornado south of Siloam Springs. I believe as of now the fatality count is up to 3.
My girlfriend's aunt and uncle's house was strafed by the tornado, causing structural damage, but no injuries. Their neighbor's house was completely obliterated...no word as to whether they were home or not. Another family that was directly affected have been our friends since I've been alive. The last I heard, my father helped transport the wife (broken ribs) and husband (severe internal injuries) to the ambulance via gurney due to trees down in the roads.
A truly horrific way to ring in the new year. Please keep those that have been affected by this in your thoughts.
