Weight helps but it's not necessary...really it's physics. Try hanging your heel off the board a little to help "push" the wheels out from under you. Some people cut out "gas pedals" in their boards to help do this.

I just went cruising for a few miles. It felt great.
A few roads here are really smooth and pretty cool. Others are flat out crap.

Learn to pump. The Day I learned to pump, my life changed.
Not putting any feet on the ground for 3 miles = win

Pumping allows you to use angular momentum to keep going. There are videos on how to do it. I personally look retarded swaying my arms but I don't have yo push
I can do it on a slight up hill too .

^ good luck man, haha.
Ya i found pumping pretty useful when i went. Me having minor arthritis in my left knee after 5 hours of riding and pushing up hills and all pumping sure as hell is a savior when you have the chance and if i can do it anybody can. Haha

No pics lmao. But it was crazy how they pulled them out. Just whipped out a pair of pliars and went to town. Seeing 4 1 inch pins and blood coming out of my hands made me almost pass out.
Also, what are good bearings?

Bones reds from what i heard, and thats what i got.
QUICK QUESTION
When i ride my board rattles a little or makes a raddleing sound. Its a gravity makai and checkout more reviews and saw the board as pretty bad durability. What can make this happen and how can i fix it. The board still rides smooth im just curious. I dont want to tighten everything because of the stress cracks. Oh and i dont have shock pads yet.

Mosy likely shock pads will fix it. I had rattles with my apex and shock pads fixed it. You use ghetto ones if you don't want to buy some.
