natural cut means... they are not cut by a processing machine. and they get away with it by leaving the skin on the potato. which should give it a heartier bite. but the skin will also make them go soggy faster. and sea salt is not just salt. there are tons of different kinds of salt ranging in sodium content. try cooking a steak w/ the following.... Iodized( basic) salt, kosher, and sea.
use the same amount on the steak and you tell me if there is any differece. i tried the fries and they are great straight out of the fryer but more than 2 mins out they are nasty and soggy. and they are expensive because its a marketing idea. more expensive = better in peoples minds. i think its a fail for wendy's. arby's has the true fries with the skin on and they stay crispy.
