geo will not fire

ok so my gun wont shoot i can sit there and keep pulling the trigger and nothing happens no air coming from anywhere.once in a great while itll cycle halfway or even shoot a couple shots even sustain a lil ramp but 99% of the time it doesnt do a damn thing.
what ive done
-put in a fresh battery
-replaced all orings on bolt, can and shaft
-cleaned and lubed the reg
-cleaned the back check assembly(everything seems fine)
-increased my dwell to 15 (gst kit installed)

only thing i can think of is maybe the pilot valve or i noticed that the manual said to use a light oil on the seal that sits on the top of the bottom section of the reg ( i used the eclipse grease that came with the gun)

any help is appreciated thank you

Sounds like you have a wrong size o-ring in there somewhere.

Try a different tank. The OOPS pin might not be opening your tank valve completely.
Check you noid and make sure it's clicking.
Make sure your trigger activation point is correct (using OPTO or Microswitch)
Make sure you're not on training mode.

That's all that comes to mind right now. Do those.

Try taking the reg. off with the tank still screwed into the ASA. Then turn the air on. If air comes out of the reg, then that should rule out the regulator. You might have a bit too low velocity causing inconsistent cycling.

taking solenoid off...shake it. You should hear the Back Check ball rattle a bit.
