I disagree, I had my dwell lowered down to about 10ms after roughly 5 cases. you can SAFELY and ACCURATELY lower your dwell about .5ms every case or so. If I remember correct I believe Uziel/Jack recommended actually raising the dwell 1 or 2ms to help the break in period but I had no problems with mine at stock and lowering from there as I used it.
That being said every marker is different because of machining tolerances and other outside factors. Where you play and temperatures and such can also have a determining factor in that. My personal experience with geo's in general (1 and 2) is to leave them stock and work your way down. It all depends on how well your marker handles the changes and how fast or slow it breaks in.
