DM9 LPR question

I am checking out a DM9 for someone and wanted to see if anyone could tell me how many set screws should be in the bottom of the body where the lpr is. There are 3 places for them. I know one is there to retain the lpr housing. There is one that is loctited in and then there is another spot that is threaded and looks like a set screw should be there but its missing. I can see the shims of the lpr through this hole. Should this be empty or should there indeed be a screw there? thanks for the help.
