So I bought new eyes and they still won't work unless I turn them off.

Check for pinches or nicks in the ribbon.
Make sure it's pushed in all the way into the little black box on the board
Make sure the eyes aren't out of there little "grooves"
If not, it could be a board problem

Where can I find a new board?

check that your breech and eye sensors are clean. check that the port on the back of the board where the eye wire plugs in, isnt loose from the board.

There is also an eye/board combo on eBay. You may want to check into that.

You should also check the little foam pieces on the inside of the eye covers because they help hold the eyes in place.
