Eye cover magnet problem.

Ok so i got a new luxe in last weekend.

The previous owner said it was missing a magnet on the one eye cover so it may fall off.

However, i found out hes retarded. The magnet is not missing, it must have come un-glued and he glued it back on backwards.
So, when you put the eye cover on, the magnets on the bottom stick to eachother like usual, but the top magnets repel eachother. So its easy to fall off.

So i need to somehow get the magnet off the eye cover, flip it over, and glue it back down.
However this thing is really stuck, and i havent been able to find anything to wedge underneath it to pry it off.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

They make super glue removers if that's what he used. Well, they have glue removers in general.

Not exactly sure what he used. My first guess would just be super glue.

Im willing to try anything, as long as it wont mess with the strength of the magnet

Chemicals shouldn't be able to weaken magnets. Here's one I've used before: http://www.ronshomeandhardware.com/B...htm?click=1014

It should be able to work. Hopefull there's a small gap between the magnet and the edge where the walls of the hole is, then hopefully it dissolves the glue.

Good luck on that project bro.
