DM7 Upgrades

So I recently received a DM7 with hatred board, love it but looking to do ups asap. I have a hyper reg on the way, I also need a BW bolt from what Ive been reading. Anyone know where I can get one for the DM7? Any other ups you can think of??

the upgrade I had in order

1. Trigger... I wasnt a big fan of the stock trigger... Critical and Ironmen triggers worked great for me but its personal preference
2. Barrel kit
3. Air port... i first bought a MacDev ASA, then the new NT airport... I like having the macro line coming from the front instead of the side so it doesnt turn the hpr macroline to the side.
4. CP On/Off flow plug... My friend's DM8's on/off kept leaking from bad orings... I had one less potential problem to worry about
5. BW bolt... felt alot smoother, and able to drop my lpr alot...
6. Hyper3 HPR... no improvement to the hyper2, but made the grip nicer to hold
7. OLED board... just made my life slightly easy when playing with my settings
8. Laser Eyes... meh... blinky pretty lights... i like....

but I would suggest getting the service kit or Oring kit... then pick a good lube to use properly

good luck with the DM7
thought I just copy and paste what I typed last time

If you are looking into getting a flow plug, A+ makes great ones. They actually sit more flush with the body than the CP ones do. They float around on Ebay every once in a while

Excellent, thank you fine sirs. Will DM8-10 parts fit on the 7? Bolt, eyes and such? What do they run on ebay?

Definite compatible parts are Trigger, board, eyes, feedneck, ASA, solonoid, reg seats, Orings (yes, people have asked if they can use Orings from DMa on a DMb.... just make sure you use the correct sizes)

DM8 flow plug, some parts of the DM8 color kits, eye pipes from DM8+, bolts, HPR and LPR regulator (you can get standard size Hyper3 to fit), are few of the things that are not compatible.

It is all about preference.....I think that the BW bolt would be nice, though I hear that pooty (it is him?) poolishes stock bolts, which is what the BW bolt is all about. Other than that this gun rips out of the box, not a whole lot that you you have to do to it....I put a flow plug, cp on/off, cp reg (my dm didn't come with one), critical trigger (love the shape). I will prob slap an OLED board in it just because I am lazy sometimes and do not wanna color code it

pooty51 polishes bolts, and there are minor differences between bolts besides the polishing, but i don't know how well that will actually work.

When you both say polish the bolt, are you referring to literally sanding it down then applying a polishing agent to the bolt?

dont get laser eyes. the best eyes for matrices [and most guns for that matter] are in fact the stock eyes.

iv watched some of pooty's videos on youtube and he polishes the bolt and the other bolt components that the bolt come in contact with, then he hand picks all the orings to make sure they slide well but still seal, his bolts turn out super smooth

I did a video once for the dm/pm bolts. Great results with those bolts. Really lets you lower your lpr and input pressure. You will see the same results as the bw bolt or better.

I personally LIKE THE STOCK EYE's Better as well.

Much more accurate than my competing dm which seams to get just about ANYTHING in the eyelet and causes them to Screw up.

The stock have acrylic plugs that they seat in.
