okay, with a new battery and the LED blinking when you pull the trigger, that means all the electronics up to the solenoid are working. You using air or just dead cycling? if you are using air, null the LPR (counter clockwise until loose, then snug back up) and add air. Set the HPR to 225-250. slowly turn the LPR up until it cocks and add about 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Then fire, that ought to tell you if the solenoid and regs are working. That's not the best way to fine tune your regs, but it's a good way to start.
