In the photoMOB scavenger hunt thread, a bunch of folks expressed interest in getting tattoos while they are in Vegas. I talked to Cornfed, the owner of Starborn Tattoo, and he's offered to give any NPPL attendees great deals on tattoos and piercings. Stop in the shop on Las Vegas Boulevard just north of Sahara (you can even walk there from the Riviera - it's not very far at all) during the event, and let him know that Splatter sent you. The deal is only valid for Thursday through Sunday, October 7-10, but I'm sure he will make allowances for additional appointments if necessary.

Like most shops, walk-ins are welcomed with the tattoo artists on a rotation, and truly every artist at Starborn is exceptional, with most of them having national level awards.

You can get a tattoo or piercing anywhere you like. They might charge an extra "handling" fee, but I'm not sure. Heeheehee
