So I recently picked up a shocker. I have a perfectly working one as well so it's helped me in troubleshooting.

I think it may be the noid but I'd like to run it by the community. What is happening is when I air it up it shoots once...and stays forward without the lower board attached. This happens on both shockers....I'll put in a working noid and no problems. So thus it cannot be the bolt...the inserts...or the manifold. I triple checked the endcap and it is correct.

I'm thinking toasted noid? It clicks when degassed...when pressurized shoots....then stays forward.

You're sure the solenoid is together correctly? Have you swapped battery's?

I didn't swap batteries because the issue happens with or without a lower board attached....so I removed the electronic variable out of the equation.

I took the noid apart ...lubed the spool and same result. I checked the butterfly gaskets...end cap...

The lower board has to be attached in order for the solenoid to actuate and fire a shot. Is this a humphry or parker noid?

Not necessarily true. He could be pushing the mechanical button on the noid and cycling it that way
