magnesium vs. aluminum... in regards to eigenbolt.
can someone post the different scientific properties of magnesium and aluminum. my understanding between the 2 materials are magnesium is slightly lighter and has a lower mass, but what else is there? thanks for the help.
also, what do you think of a v2 evolve kit with a magnesium bolt and ulp can???  i figured if i had that done and polished it would be awesome

Magnesium is also slightly weaker (but stiffer) and has some interesting chemical properties.

so it has greater tensile strength but structurally is weaker? interesting. so thats almost like carbon fiber.
and it does have a lighter mass, correct?

damn... this is super crude math, but if i'm right, then your bolt weighs... 9 grams less than a ndz bolt?

about so. ndz v3m weighs 32.4
i just figured out the differences and i think your bolt comes out to 20 grams if it has the same amount of volume that the v3m does?

Thinking about it, I think the eigenbolt is 18g in magnesium compared to the polymer incarnations which were 14g
