Weight loss help
Hey all. I'm a distance runner, and am currently injured, so i cant run much. As a result, I've put on weight and need to lose it before I start training again.
I have a bone bruise that i need to let heal and it popped up in July, and haven't been able to run much since. I tried training on it, but it only got worse.
I want to lose 15 pounds by christmas, and currently weigh 166 (gained 15 pounds since july).
Any advice on losing weight quick. I definitely need to work on my diet. I'm used to being able to run so much that i could eat anything I wanted and still lose weight, but thats not possible now.
I plan on biking/swimming for 1 hour, 2x a day. Plus the limited lifting I do for basic strength and balance.
