Need some help.
I'm in college and live in an apartment so I have to buy and cook my own meals. I also work out 3 times a week. What I need help with is eating healthy because eating hot pockets everyday is not gonna help me out at the gym. Can you guys help me out with a diet?

Chicken, beef, whole wheat stuff, pasta, more chicken, oats, eggs, some more chicken, and more whole wheat.

i mean, a lot of us eat hotpockets. some other guys, like peltco, just eat a lot of ring pops and candy rocks. i think damico eats push pops and gummy worms...idk youll have to ask him
edit: you can always catch peltco sporting one of these

egg white omelet with spinach
bagel w/creamcheese
bowl kashi cereal
cottage cheese with fresh fruit
turkey sandwich with lettuce and cheese on whole wheat
grilled chicken
hamburger (no bun, just ate that ****)
2 bowl kashi cereal
banana
apple pre work out
work out
gatorade
protein shake
chewy bar
grilled chicken and cheese and lettuce sammy
more grilled chicken on side
2 bowls kashi
banana
milk

sweet potatoes, wheat bread, oats, pasta, meat are my staples. milk, eggs, broccoli, other veggies, fish, fruit, water, more meat, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, are just to name some other choices.

yeah, well you go to johns hopkins, i can only imagine how nice the cafeteria is. i am at FSU and it ****ing blows. i might as well go to mcdonalds. yesterday they served popcorn chicken...yet there was no chicken...just batter. some days i walk in then just walk right out

i have oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast along with cottage cheese.
when your hungry later at night a nice can of tuna is good, fills you up, has a Lot of protein, and has zero carbs and sugar so you're not having any unnecessary carbs late at night before bed
