Since we're talking obscure exercises, last week I got a 165 pound two-hands anyhow (85-pound 7-foot barbell/80-pound dumbbell).

My goal is 210 (bodyweight) by the end of October, and when I reach that, I'll set my sights on a 210 barbell bent press.

Bentover overhead triceps cables aka the triceps massmaker - 200x15

lat pulldown 235x10

leg press 1170x6 (my legs are *****made)

tbar row - 245x10

HS wide iso chest 455x12

oly bar curls 145x8 (might have been 9 would need to check book)

Dimel deadlift - 405x18

It's actually better kneeling but after you get done the entire stack it's impossible to get into position. the trick is that you can get a ton of stretch from having the elbows way back without putting strain on the shoulders.

For comparison I overhead tri ext a 115 for 12



the high reps is just an artifact of where I am in a DC blast right now, which happens to also be the strongest I've ever been. The reps will come down a little as the weight goes up. I always do low reps for deadlifts - I like low reps on all my major lifts, I had good 531 progress this spring.


EDIT -Re: chunks video. It works a ton better if the cable pivot is at like chest height, otherwise it cuts the ROM.

hilarious thread. neck raises(lay on back, hang head off bench)-10 pounds of 10 reps, then my neck hurts, come at me bro
