Hi,

i have a problem with the eyes of my luxe. I see the red light but they dont see the ball (finger, anything).

Can someone help me? I already try contact Darryl but he dont answer me.
Its the eyes or the board?

Please any help.

Most likely eyes.

Make sure that the eyes are aligned properly. The transmitter is on the right side, the receiver is on the left. try and hold them in without the eye covers on (using your fingers to keep pressure on the back). They might be moving when you put on the eye covers. Also, make sure that the ribbon is fully into the clip on the back of the circuit board, and that it is not twisted too much or pinched.
