true, but it's odd he has to retighten the reg after shooting, kinda hard for a reg to back out while your holding onto it and the macroline should be holding it still.

when aired up, the reg should stay in place.

Yup, aside from being tied in a way to the on/off and asa, and from holding it, kind of hard for it to loosen up. I think even a picture pointing to the problem areas would help, cause right now it seems like what he is talking about is different then what we are thinking.

lol np. I've gotten back into paintball recently (it's truly like a drug even after 10+ years, I didn't play much the last few and now I'm hooked again), and I was looking for a gun to pick up. Honestly, from what I had seen the mid ranged gun wasn't something you wanted to dab into, but then I looked into the DP guns and from what I heard they were great guns. Like the Ion, then the Mini, and now the G3's and on, seems like DP was carrying on the idea of providing great guns at an affordable price. I've been looking into a FX for a few weeks now and finally picked one up via my local field, and love it. I've owned probably 25+ guns over the 13 or so years I've been playing (off and on), and the FX has been the first gun since the ion first came out that I felt like you got a bang for you buck deal.

I'm beginning to get sick of mine already...I think the noid is bad on mine. It's been just 'puffing' when I fire it. Initially I had t zero out my reg and slowly creep the pressure up. Now it just puffs a little with each trigger pull.
And today I was trying to fire it with the puffs, then all of sudden I have a heavy gush of air coming from the trigger area(noid with heavy leak).
I'm sorry, but the vertical reg on this gun is poor quality control if as many people have problems with them as they do. I shouldn't have to zero out a reg each time I air a gun up, there's no good excuse for that on a gun made in the last 10 years.

I'm at the web site now attempting to order a parts kit...the web site adds to your shopping cart, but the checkout system thinks the cart is empty. I don't know what it takes....
