Yea lp should be fine as long as u have ur ivg an pressure set right I don't think it would take much to have ur operating pressure below 400 easy

Lp should work fine unless you ever need to use it on a semi. For that reason, I'd get a high-pressure output tank. There wouldn't be any advantage to using an Lp tank anyway...you still need a reg on your gun to stabilize pressure.

Only problem you may have with an LP tank is if you're using a phantom.

I have used both hp and lp tanks on everything from snipers to e-cockers, to matrices, to egos and to luxes. Have not had one problem after turning up the reg and or IVG to 280fps.

It might explode.
Seriously though, why are you buying an LP tank? If you haven't already considered it, look into the Ninja system that allows you to adjust the output pressure while maintaining the screw-in "pre-set" size.

Or a trracer, maverick, tagmaster, hornet, hammer, diablo, grey ghost, carter (yes, they can also be acquired in open class), any other nelson based pump, or any brass sheridan. They all require a HP tank.

same
I've used LP tanks on Angels (05speed/A1), 05 Ego, two Nxt Shockers, PMR, G3, Mini, Autococker, and all of my cocker based pumps. Not only that, but I go all crazy and swap between LP, MP, and HP tanks with NO drop in performance!!! Seriously, I don't get where the hate, fear and discontent with LP tanks come from.
Ironically the only gun I ever had trouble with when I put a LP tank on it was my Angel A1. The LP tank was too low for the A1. It was an Air America tank with an o/p of 315psi, the A1 needs closer to 500psi to shoot well.
