ok so im 6 foot 1 inch and i weigh 230lbs
i do lift weights so a fair amount of my weight is muscle so i dont think i should be completely considered obese although i am not the skinniest.
-what do you think? am i in the healthy range or am i pushing obesity?
-what do you think a person of my height should weigh?
-and also just say stuff to motivate me i dont care if its rude dig deep and bring out your inner douche bag ("fat ***, lazy p.o.s, your man boobs are bigger than my moms") i dont care it will motivate me
