So here is a little background:
-Majority of the schools wanted to do Oct 2nd and Oct 23rd (There is a AA event on Sept 25th). That gives two close events but we can probably pull off two outdoors fall events. Worst comes to worst we can move the 2nd event to Nov 6th.
-We kept the event right before Nationals which a lot of people thought was a good idea last year.
-Matt's is actually the geographic center of the conference this year (or close to it) so we may actually have all three events there this year. I will talk to UConn about setting that up.

yeah, our secretary pointed that out to me this morning. If the Nov. 6th date works for all schools, is there any way we can make that the second event? We have several guys who want to be at cup, so it would hurt us having both events that weekend. |

I believe this works for Rutgers as well, I'm just in favor of spreading the two events out more if possible. |

Ok, so West Point can't do Nov 6th and no one wants to do a Halloween event so it's going to be the 23rd unless something else changes.

uconn is ok with a halloween event if that's what it takes not to be the same weekend as Cup.

Unless there is very compelling reason why it should be the 23rd, it should be the 30th. We don't need to compete with Cup, especially when teams should be going down there to play Collegiate World Cup.

Well, either way this goes we need to know ASAP due to dates we request funding. If the event is the Cup date we have to have that in by early next week, and if not, it buys us more time and in a way helps us since we wouldn't be asking for more money so soon.
