Lol pad thai = boring. My favorite is definitely shrimp in a green cilantro based curry. Mmm lemon grass and ginger...

It's actually really good. This girl I know orders it at every Thai place we go to no matter what. I've noticed its spice level varies from place to place though. At some restaurants it's been somewhat mild, while at others it was almost inedible.
