What is the rule for hanging undershirts and what will actually be enforced? Some say it's like 4 inches past your pack and some say it's a hand down. I like my undershirts but it's a hassle to have refs tell me different stuff when it gets time to grind.

In reality its up the to the refs discretion and the undershirt rule is a part of this rule...

In the past, 7-man has had no rate of fire cap and been semi-auto only.
