Did 185x3 reps at the start of my workout, then went on to do 155 5x5, chest is moving up steadily, really happy about that.

My weights are going up on my lifts but MY weight isn't going up, WTF

Granted I never really get a chance to weight myself in the morning when I have nothing in me but it still doesn't seem to be budging much even though I'm hitting PR's on all my lifts. I don't understand.

You could be in a recomp diet and thus you might have burned like a lb or two of fat and added an lb or two of muscle. Look at yourself in the mirror.
