If you really want some extra calories, throw some olive oil into a smoothie. fat has more calories than carbs or protein (9 calories/g vs 4 calories/g)

Ground beef, bacon, potatoes, an egg, and a little bit of olive oil all mixed together and fried in a skillet gives me a hell of a lot of calories. Normally my breakfasts are 800 calories though.

I guess that's why I was fat, haha, for me to eat 5k cals a day would be nothing. I still eat quite a bit but if I'm trying to lose some fat (like I will be for the next month or so still) I just go out and run or ride my bike. I can't wait to bulk.

I know, I don't eat 5k a day. I eat less than 3k but if I want a sandwich or some oatmeal I'll eat it. And if I need to I'll just go run if I run over what I allow myself to net. To lose weight I have to sit at around 1500 cals for the day, but if I eat 2500, with lifting and cardio I'll give myself room to breathe.

My BMR is like 1700, I'm 168 right now, I'd like to get to 160 then I'm going to work up from being as lean as possible before around October.

I see the light now, I am totally over eating clean.

Once school starts and my shoulder is healed I am bulking on 3k cals at 40/40/20 dgaf if I get my carbs from cokes or whole wheat bread. Once I feel like cutting I will cut on 5/35/65 still eating whatever I want at like 2.3k cals.

SRS.

Plus this way you don't have to worry about bs like soluble and insoluble fiber, I think that really messed me up this summer as I was getting in less carbs than I thought I was.

Sept. - April is 8 months

But I agree. Eat big and lift big year round. (How big depends on your current goals i.e. cutting/bulking/maintaining/etc.)
