I see the light now, I am totally over eating clean.
Once school starts and my shoulder is healed I am bulking on 3k cals at 40/40/20 dgaf if I get my carbs from cokes or whole wheat bread. Once I feel like cutting I will cut on 5/35/65 still eating whatever I want at like 2.3k cals.
Plus this way you don't have to worry about bs like soluble and insoluble fiber, I think that really messed me up this summer as I was getting in less carbs than I thought I was.
