The whole cast and crew is down at Pev's Paintball Park right now gearing up for an awesome weekend of ballin' for the NPPL DC Challenge. This thread is where I'll be updating the scores and info as often as possible.

Thanks for making this info and update thread. I was at Pevs last night and the layout looks great! Looking forward to this weekend! What time can people arrive Saturday morning?

The NPPL registration crew shows up at the field at 6am on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, and typically we're ready to start registering teams and making IDs within like 20min of showing up.

Ah, that spawned another question.... As this will be my 1st national event, I did purchase an I.D. thinking that I could potentially round a team up & play the event but unfortunately, I'm not able to play. Will my I.D. be available to pickup at the event since its been prepaid for although I'm not registered as playing?

Did you submit a photo and enter all the information? If so then yes your ID will be available for pickup at the registration area.

I saw the tables next to the field in the pictures but are there going to be grandstands?

There are no full grandstands, but the way the fields are setup you can easily see the entire playing area on both Field 1 and Field 2 no matter where you're standing. Pev also has his massive skydeck erected open for special VIP guests.

Yes, tickets to get into the preferred spectator area will be just $5.00. But there's also plenty of places to watch for free where you can see the entire field.

On Wednesday they said Pevs was planning on running walk-on games during the event. If this still is the case what time are the walk-ons?

For just spectating, is it free to come to the event? Or do we need an ID to get into the event just to watch and check out the vendors? I'm thinking of coming down from Jersey to watch the event for the weekend.

It's free to watch but for $5 you get better seats.
