i've been wanting to use braided hose's to replace the macro setup on my pump guns. i've came across some of the quick disconnect adapters online and ebay for a few dollars. so my question's are, how do i know exactly which one is safe for the pressures of paintball guns? are some designed for co2 only? i never use co2, would any quick disconnect work? and the last one. how should i measure hose length when changing to braided hose?

This is exactly why macro is so popular. Stainless hose has always been difficult to use and install (by comparison). All fittings have a rating, though it's going to be hard to tell exactly what that is just by looking at an eBay photo. Some fittings are marked, but most aren't. Chances are they're safe, but you might ask the seller for that info.
