It's called Billy Ball mode and it's a firing mode that only allows you to shoot one ball every two second. I had the same problem but the solution is actually very simple; Just look for how to change firing modes online, it has something to do with the battery, like plug it in and pull on the trigger, I'm not sure how to explain it really.
