how does the profit match up in weight compared to say the JT proflex? I'm a big proflex supporter, and last year I switched to Events and I went back because of weight and comfort.
I really dig the look of the Retina but im not sure I should switch.

 for sesame street HK headband.
AS far as the weight goes I have a pair of X-fires and they are lighter than those. But IMO the comfort level of the mask makes up for any extra weight.

for those who have profits:
how do you like the gradient lense, as compared to say a smoke lense?

I haven't tried the smoke lens yet but I've heard it's awesome. I'll know this weekend if I like the gradient

Dude the gradient lense is awesome. It takes a little bit to get used to. I'd say about a game and a half if not less.

i was simply included the smoke lense as an example as they are used by most people on most goggles. i wasn't refering to the smoke lense for the profit. sorry if any confusion, and thanks for the responses.

Best mask i have ever worn / owned. I have had a ton of pro flex's, dye I3's, and have tried on grillz and events ( barf ) Sly did a great job with this one!

Hey if your not using your smoke lens on your retinas would you be willing to sell it?
I have an Icepick coming in that would greatly benefit from them.

I love my pair so far. the lenses are ten times better than the tinted grill lenses.
i didn't clean some of the paint off the inside lens tho till about a week after it got there and it sort of fused to it.... not sure what that's all about.....
The white mask does stains easy so don't use paper towels or napkins with any sort of printing on them cause it will stain.

I love my Profit, and the only complaint I have is the lens. Whether it is just the Red Mirror that I have been using or not, I have "pitting" that look to be pits in the anti-fog coming off inside the lens.
I can still see fine through it, but it definitely is visible. used water and a microfiber to try and get it off to no avail.
I don't have pictures, but I can try tonight.
The weight is more than the proflex, but the comfort/protection is hardly even a comparison. The only things the proflex has over the Sly in my opinion is the breathability and the weight. Weight isn't a gamebreaker for me, and I can breath just fine in the Profit, I had some teammates try it on and complain about it, but I guess you just get used to it.
