Whenever I watch a video of you guys (Russian Legion) playing I wonder, "How can you guys sprint, dive and slide but still have lots of energy left for the whole tournament?" It seems when I play in the woods after a couple acres of sprinting I have lost lots of my stamina for that match only. Maybe it is just that when I play in the woods there is so much more land to cover and run around. I am in shape too so I was jsut wondering what does your team do to play with such energy? Maybe it is just that there is less terain to cover when playing speedball. Also I am wishing your team good luck throughout the rest of the season. In my oppinion you are the best team in all aspects of paintball. Thanks for the help.

Eating right is important, the right foods will help your body fueled for the day of playing. When training, you need to do interval training where you go real hard, then go at a steady pace then go hard again.
Other than that, you can always get in batter shape..
