Crunches and planks are pretty much all you can do with no equipment.

And for something as short as 10 mins, you better not ****ing bull**** it, either.

You don't get abs from doing non stop crunches. With how much time you want to put in, it'd be more beneficial to just cut down on fat intake and run. This is of course if you're just lookin for abs.

By the way, this is assuming you're already following a nice routine for the rest of your body. If you're one of those skinny little pussies who wants abs to impress the other skinny ******s at the beach, then you can go **** off somewhere.

If not, then yes, train them hard and do it till it ****ing burns. I actually find abs respond the best to slow-high count reps. People tend to hate on abs either way in this forum. Pretty ****ing stupid if you ask me. They're a muscle like any other and should be trained with equal intensity. This being said, you aren't going to see results if you aren't lean enough already. If you're a fat **** and you do ab crunches, you'll just be a fat **** with a distended stomach. Don't expect to get a 6 pack if you're carrying some extra weight. As others have said, run a calorie deficit and don't eat like a ****ing 12 year old at a day camp.

Hanging on a pullup bar and doing leg raises. I do this once a week and am getting the begginings of an 8 pack, bra. 18% body fat.

Pretty solid workout for your grip, and it's probably good for strengthening your shoulder joint as well.
