I don't know about a V3, but...........work on the creed has never stopped. I know the guys at vanguard are always working and testing new improvements in all areas, like regs, bolts, poppets, rammers.....you name it. When they discover something better they usually include it in all the new guns produced, even if we don't hear about it.
