ASA and bottle reg

Hi

I want a slightly shorter setup on my creed but when you move the asa forward, the air bottles reg catch's on the bottom of the frame. Has anyone found an asa that fits but also has that extra bit of space ?

Cheers

It's the same on every gun really. The only think you can do is run a rail to drop the asa lower or find a tank reg with a shorter or smaller shape or just get used to it. ASA flush with the back of the grip works for 90% of all people. Unless you're unusually short or tall it should be fine.

Now the problem I found on Sunday (when I tried to put on a different asa) is that the creed grip frame is not drilled for bolts. You only have the choice of a dovetail grove - a long grove but most is not usable !

Changing to a myth reg (shorter) could work but starts to bump up the price and would then be too short for my other markers ! I just like the marker to be tighter behind the bunker.

No like I said, you'd need to run another dovetail rail on the bottom of the grip. What type of reg is on your tank now?

My tanks have a crossfire reg on one & an evil reg on the other.

Do you know who makes a dovetail to dovetail rail as I've never seen one but it sounds just what i need ?

Thanks

Ya the crossfires are a but fat. I heard that you can trade the older regs in for a discount one of their new ones though, which is shorter. You'd have to call and ask them about that.

I don't know who makes a double dovetail anymore. You'd have to check around I guess. I's easier just to use a shorter or thinner reg.
