My new creed developed a small leak which i couldnt fix so i emailed Vangaurd who asked me to come in with my creed so they can look at it.

Within ten minuits of me being there my creed was stripped, new parts fitted and was being rebuilt with now no more leaks. They even installed a new board to reflect 0 (zero) on the shot count!!

On top of this i was guided through a tech course, shown a dvd the creed and supplied with an repair kit and some new alan keys.

I have never seen this level of support from any other manufacturers in my 16 years playing paintball.

ha thats awesome! most companies take about 2 weeks to get it back to you. its crazy. but i sent my creed into shootinpoo to have several problems fixed and it just came back in like 10 minutes ago and works perfectly!!! super quick turn around great customer service

Have had nothing but awesome support from Vanguard England and Vanguard USA! Used all high end markers and equipment!

My creed arrived with a leaky poppet. Within 10 minutes of initiating contact I had arranged for replacement LP poppet to be sent out. Amazing!

You're gonna love the new upgraded poppet! Better efficiency/consistency! Some of our markers are averaging 15 pods on a 68/4500 fill!
